How to make tasty Herbalife meal... hehe... here's the BKM....
- Soak the oats in 1 cup with water (sikit sikit cukup la)...
- Add 300ml of plain water to the shaker
- Add Herbalife healthy powder to the water in the shaker + SHAKE!!
- After that, add in the oats...
Tadaaa~~~~ a complete and tasty meal is done!!! ~400ml drink, will make you fulling until lunch time, trust me... hehe... Tonight will need to use the BKM to make my milk shake again, do not need to use blender anymore..so troublesome....hehe...

Good things should be shared!!! and this motivates me to work hard too... at least to show them the significant result and it is worth the $$... right?? hehe.... 4kgs in a month, that's the minimum AIM!!! If possible, i want to reduce 6kgs or more and more.... hahaha..... greedy me.... this is ambitious la.... hehe....
Not sure how's darling's progression today... He is kind of busy today, didnt get to talk to him yet... but he told me that he can feel something's working underneath his skin (haha, the fat is moving?? i assume is lo...) then he is happy with that... hehe... good, bottomline, i want my dear to enjoy this and have a significant result on him too... at least can improve his health and reduce the fat% and internal organ's fat%... hehe... went movie lastnite, and both of us, so obedient, kept drinking water (and made frequent visit to toilet too :p)... and we were so discipline where we didnt eat other things, besides the healthy meal on 6pm... hehe...kudos to both darling and woay lo... hehe...
However... 1 small incident happened this morning... :(
Woke up at 545am, to exercise.... after 25mins of exercise, woay suddenly feels uneasy... feel like vomiting and dizzy... could it be due to low blood sugar level?? or body is weak without any solid food since lunch yesterday? or too much exercise?? too exhausted?? i do not know.... body keeps sweating (cold or hot, i do not know how to differentiate).. :( immediately i felt the uneasy, woay sat down and cooled myself down... after 20mins, woay felt the same still :(:( took some bites of sour plum, to ease the vomit feel.... but somehow still throw out at the toilet.. :( nothing out but water!!! of course la... didnt eat anything since lunch yesterday.....everything also digested d la... Mum scolded that due to massive exercise... :(:( guess will need to slow down my exercise rate d.. hehe...another excuse to be lazy..
hmmm... Hopefully this is the 1st and last time woay encountered this...
